Embarking on a new tenant turnover is a journey filled with anticipation, excitement, and the promise of a fresh start. Before the official turnover date, take time to prepare and gather all the necessary documents and information. Communicate with Property manager to get ready the photos formerly taken as well as the order documentation of the property report, ensuring a smooth transition of lease agreements, security deposits, and any outstanding responsibilities.
