Yeng Tan and Belle are without a doubt the best property managers we have ever dealt with. We have lived in Australia, the UK, the USA, and Singapore, and when we rented properties (not owned them), the level of care provided to us as the tenants from Yeng Tan and Belle was completely unrivalled. We are a family of 4, and rented a 4 bedroom apartment in Sentosa Cove for 3 years, which from time to time required maintaining. Yeng Tan and Belle had contacts to address electrical, water, aircon, maintenance issues which we could call on and have immediately fixed. And the same thing took place when we vacated the property, ie a maintenance contact, cleaners and steam cleaners. Not only were Yeng Tan and Belle there for us, any time of the day when we needed them, they always had a solution to any problem. When we first met Yeng Tan he shown us a developer’s unit. We were like still uncertain if that’s the right unit and wanted to see more. Shortly Yeng Tan and Belle arranged all the available units for sale in the surrounding resale condo for our considerations to make a better decision. Seeing their passion in the business, we feel comfortable with their service hence we naturally got Yeng Tan and team to sell our hdb before we made the condo purchase. Surprisingly he brought around 10 groups of buyers during the 1st viewing and secured a price higher than my expectations. In my opinion, he is experienced in handling the negotiations on the buying and selling in a professionally and makes the transaction smooth and easy. Yeng Tan have been handling all my properties including rental and sale for all these years. He is able to find our tenants/buyers at a short period of time. He handles everything relating to miscellous for tenanted units. He also have his team to work on my properties while we are traveling for a short trip together. Initial we are more keen for Eco Sanctuary @ Chestnut Ave, glad that Yeng Tan & Belle proposed to us the Skywoods which is nearer to the future MRT. Lucky we acted fast to confirm a 2 bedroom at Skywoods and the whole process when so smoothly. I can only say THANK YOU to both.

Yeng Tan and Belle have presented the upcoming launch J gateway @ Jurong East to us at our office. They also presented a financial analysis based on the unit types we are keen. Thereupon we entrusted the signed EOI and cheque to them to register for the preview. We subsequently viewed the showflat when it opens. On the day of balloting, it is very crowded. Fortunate that our number has been called to secure a 2 bedroom unit of our choice. At late night on the same day the option was issued was delivered for us to sign before returning back to the developers.

Yeng Tan never fail to deliver whenever i entrust him with my property. He handled my property in Vision Crest in District 9 and found a tenant for me within the two months notice and later assisted me in selling the property at a great price, even in the current market conditions. I am very satisfied with his professionalism.
